Multiple tweets, status updates and forwards remember the martyrs of 26/11/08 and pray for their souls. If we were more action oriented than 'prayer' oriented maybe there might be some hope for the country in a real sense....... life is cheap in India

Another point - I am sure that the special forces still don't have night vision goggles (a glaring lapse revealed in the post portem of 26/11/08), among various other essential equipment. And are there any public details about improved allocation of commandos toward public safety vs neta protection?
This list is endless...... the Indian govts & politicians need Paki skirmishes as much as the Pakis need the Kashmir issue to fester - a symbiotic relationship, architecting an elaborate puppet show to amuse the common idiots - We, the People.
We're forgetting the few thousand lapses in patriotic duty that transpire on daily basis -paying a bribe to get your own mother's death certificate, for instance.
Sorry if I don't sound patriotic, but we are probably only inviting more such attacks. Gandhian spirit of ahimsa and all...every splinter cell knows that India
